2. Property Listing Rules (For Landlords)

When posting a property on [whybrokers.in], landlords agree to comply with the following rules:

• You must be the legal owner of the property or possess valid authorization to lease the property.
• All details provided, including rent, deposit, location, configuration, and photos, must be accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
• Posting fake, misleading, duplicate, or unauthorized listings is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to deactivate or permanently delete any listing or user account violating these rules without prior notice.

3. Premium Credits System (For Tenants)

Our platform utilizes a premium credit system to facilitate contact sharing between verified users:

• Registered users may receive a limited number of free contact unlocks upon registration.
• Once the free limits are exhausted, users must purchase Premium Credits via our integrated payment gateway to unlock further owner contact numbers.
• Credits are explicitly bound to your user account and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall [whybrokers.in], its developers, or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including disputes, unfulfilled rental agreements, or misconduct of any user.
