Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read our policy regarding refunds and subscription cancellations carefully:

• Subscription Plans: Payments made towards premium accounts or buying extra contact credits are non-refundable once the credits are utilized or the plan becomes active.
• Cancellation: Since our credit system is instant, subscriptions or plan additions cannot be canceled mid-term.
• Special Cases: In the rare event that money is deducted from your bank account but credits are not assigned due to a technical failure, the amount will be automatically rolled back or credited within 5-7 working days by Razorpay/your bank.
